$18-$24/hr Job Description Responsibility:
Responsibilities include ensuring cash deposited via checks, wires, ACH or credits cards into the bank account are applied in a timely and accurate manner Accounts Receivable reconciliations (identify discrepancies and take steps to resolve) Monitor aged receivables Assist with past due accounts Retrieve deposit information from lockbox or remote deposit capture Retrieve wires, ACH, and credit card information from customers for items deposited Reconcile cash accounts related to receivables daily to make sure that all items are accounted for Assist with providing proof of delivery or bill of lading when needed Analyze and determine credit limits and terms Other projects and tasks as assigned Authority:
Entering and processing customer payments into SAP Pulling bank statements Prepare bank deposits for customer payments received by mail Job Requirements:
Associates degree minimum Minimum of two years accounts receivable experience Strong Excel knowledge Strong communication skills and attention to detail Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer or in meetings Job Type:
