The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly manner.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform data entry and scan documents.
Assist with special projects as needed.
