We are now hiring Sales Associates to help sell the most iconic luxury RV brand on the market today.
Come help us build our company from the ground up here in Monroe while we build our new, state of the art facility in Charlotte, NC.
As a Sales Associate, you will be interacting with hundreds of customers - online, over the phone and in person - to help guide them in purchasing the Airstream Travel Trailer or Touring Coach of their dreams.
Responsibilities:
Greet and qualify customers in a friendly and professional manner Follow a relationship based sales process Maintain communication with management while assessing customers needs.
Ensure all paperwork is correctly gathered for deals to be processed Negotiate terms and close deals Provide detailed and accurate product knowledge to customers Able to demonstrate product with passion and showmanship Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
Maintain a professional personal appearance Maintain a clean office space and sales floor Use CRM software to follow up on all leads and potential buyers Constantly train in sales technique, product knowledge and industry trends.
Maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction/repeat business and referrals Work closely with F&I department to ensure transactions go smoothly.
Work closely with Service Department to manage customer expectations.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
RV Sales experience NOT required Experience in high end retail sales (Furniture, Marine, Real Estate, etc.
) a plus Willingness to learn and teach others.
Ability to quickly build and maintain a rapport with customers.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Self driven and able to work in a performance based environment.
Able to work well as a team member with others.
Positive energy and a good work ethic Willing to work Saturdays.
A strong moral compass is absolutely necessary.
We offer competitive compensation, including a base plus commission and factory bonuses, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
Sales experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary.
