Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Weekend Remote Office Assistant to support our office operations during weekends.
As a Weekend Remote Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Answering Phones:
Professionally handle incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Completing Internet Leads:
Respond to and manage internet leads promptly, gather necessary information, and initiate follow-up processes.
Managing Technicians:
Coordinate and communicate with field technicians, assign tasks, and ensure they have the information and resources needed for successful service appointments.
Data Entry:
Accurate and timely data entry to maintain records and assist in the smooth functioning of the office.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with various office tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using office software and basic computer skills.
Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Personal Computer and Phone:
Candidates must have access to their own computer and phone for remote work.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
