Assist customers with requests in-store and on the phone Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed Inform/Educate customers about products and current promotions Precise cash handling - using POS and issuing receipts Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness Contribute to Team's daily, weekly and period sales goals Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experience Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays Excellent verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Basic math skills High attention to detail Maintain professional appearance Must be willing/able to work 20
