To complete our team we are looking for a Sr.
Sales Manager.
This senior sales position will manage and grow key accounts in strategic markets and strengthen the relationships to those accounts.
The individual will work with our General Manager of NA Sales to execute the sales strategy to meet the sales targets of Pureon North America.
Main
Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Managemento Key account managemento Market and business analysis of relevant segments-Identify and quantify new market opportunities for Business Development o Assess market information competitors, market share, pricing and technology trends in industries/market segmentso Drive aggressive company sales growth by continually identifying new sales opportunities o Track opportunities with staged progress for cross functional development with priority to closeo Develop new key accounts in upcoming marketso Track and monitor sales activities and targetso Update monthly sales /report to the GMo Quarterly review of the Top 25 customers of NAR region with NAR GM o Lead by example and mentorship within the regional sales teamOrganizationo Contribute to North American sales team, ensure seamless collaboration and communicationo Contribute to define the revenue budget of NAR sales by account, responsible for meeting the budget targetso Help define and meet KPIs & objectives of sales reps and evaluate the yearly performance o Collaborate with Innovation and Technical teams for key customer driven solutions and new product developmento Work with product management team on new products, key customer and market intelligence and competitive informationo Communicate changes in customer demand to Operations for S & OP and forecasting for supply chain and production capacityo Provide support to the Marcom team during the exhibitions at NAR regional level o Contribute to Customer Service to communicate customer needs and ensure they are metQualificationso 10
years sales / sales management experience in a technical field required (preferably in semiconductor, optics) o BS/MS/MBA degree in a business, technical or science field o Must possess the ability to understand technical concepts, comprehend technical product applications, work with and influence others, evaluate opportunities on both technical and business levels, and set priorities based on business objectives o Must be a team player, a self-starter, innovative, diplomatic, flexible, dependable, and accountable for overall customer satisfactiono Must possess excellent leadership, analytical and communication skillso Ability to understand non-disclosure and legal documentso Goal driven and results-oriented mindseto Self-motivated to learn and find needed informationo 25%
domestic travel with occasional international travelo Mastery of Microsoft Office:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
