3K a year 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago POSITION PURPOSE This individual is responsible for and will assist with duties related to the internal warehouse which includes all shipping receiving services.
Responsibilities will specifically be focused on ensuring timely and accurate flow of transactional information.
This position will work closely with Account Services Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to achieve division objectives while maintaining a focus on customer service and inventory accuracy.
This individual contributes to a positive team atmosphere and applies safety guidelines in a fair and consistent manner.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DUTIES QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.
High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
2.
Experience in Shipping & Receiving 3.
Demonstrates a hands on problem solving approach.
4.
Must be self-motivated and demonstrate time management skills.
5.
Exhibits effective verbal and written communication skills and have attention to detail.
6.
Ability to drive a forklift (training and certification will be provided) JOB DUTIES:
1.
Responsible for loading/unloading goods, product waste disposal, shipping orders, and monitoring stocked items.
2.
Manage order fulfillment process (parts, raw goods, finished goods), including picking, packing, and shipping to deliver the highest level of customer service.
3.
Keep area clean and adhere to the 5'S Housekeeping Standards 4.
Assist in other areas as directed.
5.
Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
6.
Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.
7.
Contributes to the development and continual improvement of the SHEQ Management System(s).
