Java / J2EE Developer
The Java / J2EE developer provides input into the design and development of technology solutions and leads the specification and software design phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle. They will work with the Business Analyst, Users and the Technical Team to coordinate efforts across the business and development platforms. This is a point of escalation and resolution of technical decisions, coordination changes and bug fixes on various platforms. This position assists in defining and scoping deliverables and technical documentation/specification for the development team. Closely works with the Business Analysts to create test plans and ensure that issues are properly assigned, fixed, regressed and reviewed before they are assigned to the Business Analyst to expedite user testing. In this role you will lead adherence to requirements at a technical level and provide technical strategy based on evaluations and assessments on the various technical aspects. This role also provides level 2 and 3 support for business problems. This person plays a critical communication and coordination role in the daily project status update for System Development Life Cycle.
Top 3-5 must have skills:
o Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
o Minimum of 4 years of experience developing and deploying in the Java J2EE architecture
o Experience with JSF, EJB's, AJAX Java framework a must
o Minimum of 4 years hands on experience with PL/SQL
o Experience with web services a plus
o Minimum of 4 years of experience at all stages of project lifecycle, from business requirements and technical definitions to development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production supporto
o Experience working with an offshore development model a plus
o Strong problem solving ability, with a knack for technical innovation
o Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills and Extensive experience with a variety of server-side technologies, databases, and frameworks

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
