The role of the Senior Financial Analyst is to provide accurate, timely and insightful financial and operational analysis, to provide timely and relevant analysis of key performance metrics, and to identify and implement process improvement opportunities both within Financial Planning & Analysis and throughout the organization.

The candidate will play an integral role in the development of new reporting (both management & financial), financial analysis models, forecasting models and planning models. They will also play an integral part in the optimization of a new ERP system (Oracle) and corresponding EPM tools (Hyperion, Essbase, Web Analysis, OBIEE, etc.).
Facilitate strategic financial analysis of projects, initiatives, scenario planning, etc. by building and maintaining complex financial models used to measure various Performance Indicators (i.e. ROIC, NPV, discounted cash flow, etc.)
Own and improve the monthly financial forecasting process including creation of P&L and cash flow driver trees.
Work to standardize and document processes for key FP&A activities (reporting, forecasting, profitability analysis)
Partner with key contacts throughout the business to understand key expense drivers and perform monthly account analysis for assigned areas of the business; partner with budget owners to develop annual budgets for assigned areas of the business
Perform significant ad hoc analysis on all areas of the business as requested by the Manager of FP&A, Director of FP&A, VP of Finance, Controller and Corporate
Partner with key stakeholders and play a key supporting role in the development of a challenging but achievable budget, which reflects all known expense savings opportunities and integrates with our clients total company expense targets
Perform ad hoc budget analysis to ensure accuracy, maximize savings, challenge expense assumptions and meet corporate expense goals
Perform month end management reporting as needed and identify process improvements within the Finance Department, including but not limited to report reduction, process automation, improved use of technology, improved communication and data hand-off, and documentation of key assumptions

High sense of urgency with excellent analytical, communication, problem solving, and reasoning skills and a results oriented attitude with high professional standards
Demonstrated willingness to learn and the ability to embrace / implement change
Produce high quality results in an ever changing, demanding environment and manage multiple, conflicting priorities, without sacrificing results quality
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business; MBA strongly preferred
4+ years of Financial Analysis experience demonstrating increasing job responsibilities, preferably FP&A
Demonstrated ability to create complex financial models; integrated ERP system experience a plus
Manufacturing industry experience desired
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to use query tools and databases (Oracle OBIEE & Hyperion Essbase a plus)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
